Bathroom break progress is a courtesy of the devs. It doesn't actually hurt you at all to kill your sp after you enter no commands for 400 sp.

so in other words half the sp off one mob

you would be upset in my parties since i kill most mobs before half the party can even get a hit in. you would only get sp off a few mobs instead of every mob that was killed. this would be exactly what i was talking about. you make rules to punish one and you punish everyone.
