There is nothing you can do without making normal players do a bunch of hoop jumping.

Get over it. Leeching is not new to any MMO and if it doesn't concern you... how exactly does it affect you? If someone leeches their way to 50 they are most likely going to be a god awful player in terms of skill so really the joke is on them.
