    Unable to update the group NA/EU Character List after disconnection

    Hi,

    I am having problems connecting into the game after being disconnected. I have experienced this previously before the updates and at those times restarting the FFXIV launcher is sufficient to solve the issue. However, this time I am unable to reconnect despite multiple attempts over quite some time.

    My character was disconnected from Exodus

    Is there a way to resolve the issue? Thank you.

    It has now progressed to 2002 error, connection to lobby server error.

    Got to laugh..... I can't get the Japan worlds which I am on but I can get the na/eu worlds.......go figure

    So f annoying

    its OK in my regard of an auto-log out thing but./..to then being unable to loadyour world is just stupid and this didnt happen to me once no, it happen like 10 times now. Which had to make me stop play usually for the rest of the night. I never see a JPN group being unable to be updated even though i have a char on one of those servers too.... why always (or 99.9% of the time) must the EU/NA servers be unable to load? its stupid and needs to be fixxed asap! >

    as for tonight.. i cant play again bc i was doing the dishes/eating dinner and getting kicked and being unable to log back in..
