I'm also suffering of all these issues and finding them very annoying, while we are at it I would also like to add that I can't stand Blizzard 3 sound effect, I hope we will have a fix asap![]()

I haven't experienced problems #1-3 probably because I haven't played with the classes/jobs that use the mechanics. #4 hasn't been an issue for me either. Although, after the recent maintenance I have been experiences some lag with the game in certain areas.

I play Archer as well, currently level 45. Although it's not my main class, I *have* seen this. I've lost count of the number of times I've hit Heavy Shot and then immediately hit Bloodletter--and Bloodletter doesn't go off. It doesn't show as not ready or anything. It just doesn't happen. I have consistently had to wait a second or so to successfully execute the Bloodletter. I'm not sure I'd call it "gamebreaking" but it's certainly annoying.I can categorically state that animations have never blocked actions for me.. I play an Archer so any of that pish would stick out a mile.

To people who are saying that they don't experience #3: you're full of it or simply aren't paying attention.
Every person in my FC/LS has this problem. There is an odd delay on boss abilities (red zone telegraphed attacks) of about .5 seconds, meaning you can be out of the red area before the cast bar finishes and you will still get hit. The same applies to supposedly "instant" abilities like Shroud of Saints, though some instant abilities always work, well, instantly, such as the WHM 30% healing buff. This is a major issue that needs to be fixed.
Easy way to test #2: keep running and try to call your chocobo. The cast bar will nearly finish before it says interrupted.
I love this game, and I'm coping with these issues. However, they most certainly exist. If they were to resolve these 4 issues, this game would be so so so much awesomer.

Wait, are people actualy complaining they can't shoot at the same time while shooting... Doesn't it make sense to not be able to do an action while the animation is playing? So I'm using Heavy Shot currently (holding my bow and arrow, aiming it and releasing) and while doing that I should be able to use Bloodletter which is another shot with the same bow? Should bloodletter be used instantly while I'm still aiming for Heavy Shot? smh
My first titan run (story, not hard mode), one of the players kept getting knocked off even though he said he was clear. Most of us didn't believe him, so i watched. He seemed clear by a good amount, then flew off. Happened to me only once though, so no clue what is causing this some times and not others. Here is a good youtube of someone showing it, not me by the way: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5g4TM1fkCg
Number 1 i've gotten used to, just means you can't spam actions, and have to actually pace yourself. I kind of like it now, plus, if you aren't spamming, you can queue up attacks around half a second before the animation would stop.
Number 2 i've noticed a bit of, not a full second by any stretch, but a little. If i have to move out of an attack, and it's getting close to being cast, it sometimes goes off.
