Whenever I can, I answer people's questions on the /sh channel; and in DF dungeons, I always try to explain if someone asks something I can help with.

Also, since I'm a tank, I often go with my FC mates to help them get into dungeon faster, especially for the main story quest of course (something I consider not to be "nice" but normal within a FC); but when doing that, I always welcome them and others to take the time to watch and enjoy cutscenes. I know I didn't like it when others pushed me to skip through them (especially the end, epic part of the story).

Overall, it is my contention that if we all teach each other, and help others on the way, then it's better for our community as a whole, because in time it will have a globally positive effect. And I love ripples!
