How do I get the cheetah and/or white horse?

I see players riding cheetahs and white horses how can I get one? and can they attack like chocobos?

The cheetah (coeurl) Is a reward from Collectors Edition of the game.

The coeurl mount (cheetah) is obtained for purchasing the collector's edition of the game. You can purchase a digital upgrade on the mog station if you did not buy the collector's edition. The Unicorn mount (white horse) is a quest reward from a level 30 conjurer quest.

once you have completed your level 30 conjurer class quest (the one where you learn cure II), the quest becomes available from Braya at the conjurer's guild.

You also need to have completed your main story quests up to the point where you join a GC. After you have joined a GC, you obtain a quest to get a chocobo but need 2000 seals to buy the license.

The license allows you to use your mount. Regardless of the creature. All you are doing is paying for the ability to use a mount. Regardless if it is a Coeurl or a Chocobo.
