If the problem is that: "Some people have this because their ISP thinks FF is a P2P program and so they throttle their internet." What i have to do? i can try t do something...but i dont realy think that is my problem, cus i always played without lag neither deconnections of the server...it was perfect...

I'm very sorry but I dunno of a possible work-around for PS3 users. I don't think there's a way to use VPN's with PS3's (anyone who knows better?). And this will only work if it is indeed your ISP throttling you.

But yeah, I have both the PS3 and PC version. It happens to me on both. It also happens to me if I'm at a friend's house using my PC on his internet, using my PS3 on his internet, and using his PS3 on his internet (playing on my account of course). Funny thing though: he NEVER, EVER EVER EVER gets 90k. Yet when I'm playing at his house, on any machine, I get 90k. Which leads me to believe it's something to do with either character data or account data. In other words: it's SE's problem, not mine.

I plan on making a second character on a different server just to test to see if it is my character or my account.
