Missing Character

Hey, I created a character last night but when I sign in to lodestone, it says I can't because I have no character on my account. Yet when I sign into the forums, my character is present on my profile. Help?

More than likely it's taking a while to update on the Lodestone. I had that problem at the beginning of the P4 beta but it sorted itself, not sure how long it took though as I didn't check again until after the headstart! I think SE mentioned somewhere that it was taking a while for the Lodestone to update your character info....

Sorry if this isn't relevant, but make sure you're using the correct Lodestone link.

Confusingly http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com/ is still active (and it's the first link in Google when searching for FFXIV Lodestone), but that's the Lodestone for 1.0 players/characters. That data isn't updated any more, but if you try and log in there without a 1.0 character you'll always get the error about no character on account.

The correct Lodestone address is http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/

Apologies if any of this was irrelevant, but I thought I should mention it as it can't be just me thinking it's incredibly confusing having two different Lodestones active at the same time.
