What the title says^

Does anyone know how to do this? I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of the game for the PS3, pretty sure I linked the accounts initially, didn't play throughout early access due to all the 1017 errors, got in about 9 days later on PC for a couple hours, etc.

Now I'm trying to play the PS3 version of the game and it's telling me that there are no valid service accounts and to link my SE account and SEN accounts... pretty sure I did that but just in case...

Another issue I have is, after registering my Collector's Edition the Square-Enix Member's site confirms I have the CE, but the Mog Station lists me as "Legacy Standard" I have not received my CE items in-game... I've tried to contact tech support several times in the past, but the queue was so full that after a couple hours it would just kick me out and claim that "no customer service representatives are available."

Has anyone else experienced this and have you managed to fix it?

I'd just like to state that I did do what the message suggested and accessed the Mog Station on the PS3 browser, but the Mog Station (being completely useless as usual) claims that the PS3 version of the game cannot be registered there and that I should, instead, go to the Sony Entertainment Network and register there... btw, Sony does not apparently recognize the Collector's Edition, because they show me as having registered two standard editions (One is for early access).

A friend had the first issue you're having, if I've read right.

It's a little confusingly worded but check your game box/delivery information for another code. One of the codes is there purely to attach FFXIV to your profile on S-E's community site to show that you own it, the other is intended to be entered into the Redeem Codes function under Account Management on your PS3's main menu (which is why Mogstation is telling you it can't deal with PS3 codes). After we'd found that out, everything worked fine - although it did automatically try to download and install the game from SEN, which is a process you might want to abort if you already installed from the disc.

Can't help on your CE items issue however, I'm afraid. You have checked with the Mail Moogle, haven't you? The items aren't deposited directly in your inventory but instead sent to you as letters.

Hmmm. I did wonder why I got two codes in the box... however, neither of them seem to work (either with PSN or SE).

I did get my pre-order items through the mail moogle, so I realize that the CE items should be there as well. Unfortunately, they're not =(

Hm.. can't help in which case x.x You might try checking with SEN's support rather than S-E's. There was an issue a while back wherein a round of invalid codes got sent out and I think they were the ones dealing with it. The likelihood of you receiving one of them's incredibly low seeing as it was only a couple of day's worth of output, but.. and besides maybe they can help anyway?
