Will Tomestones of Mythology become available in other lv50 raids such as the Wanderer's Palace and Castrum Meridianum?

Are there any plans to address the issue that trash mobs do not drop anything worthwile and that bronze coins from chests in a lv50 dungeon is not enough. Why could the dungeons not drop crafting materials for the lv50 sets, such as pot ash.

Is there any chance that vanity slots can be released earlier than patch 2.2. So many of us are eagerly awaiting this system, as our characters look horrible at lv50.
