    Happened to me also tonight. I downed all three with my warrior and it acted as if I didn't. Signed up for these forums to see if there was anything. I reported a bug in game also like 5 minutes after it happened. Was so excited to get it before it went down to update.

    Not receiving the items for my relic after downing HM primals. 5th job that I am doing it for and 3 in the past month so know I am doing it right. The pieces don't appear in my key items after win. Did all three tonight and they weren't there. I am not sure if they were there at one time because I didn't think to check since I downed all three in 2 hours or so and just used to it working without issue.
