ALL relic quest progress lost...

Steps:

1:On last step of Relic Reborn (Artemis bow), Purchasing Radz-at-Han Quenching Oil
2: bought the oil, went to turn it in, the quest log currently said "Completed" and showed me having 1/1 oil
3:. I go to the blacksmith, above his head it is still a red quest turn in, and he says that i do not have the sufficient items all while still showing my inventory with the oil, and the quest actually saying 1/1.
4:i didn't know what to do so i abandon the quest to see if i could reset it because iv done this before in other quest.when i did this it didn't come back of course i freaked didnt know what to do lol
5:so wrote a ticket and they sent here to the forums


i don't mind restarting the quest over again even thou it would suck . but i enjoy this game a lot and don't want to stop playing this game i mean its the last bow i can get and now while everybody gets theirs i cant get mines :criessss: lol it was a dumb move on my part but hoping u can fix it

My Issue is I have completed Titan Hard mode twice now and I do not obtain the hyperinfused ore so I cannot continue my relic quest.
