ALL relic quest progress lost...

Killed Chimera, did not obtain the salt. Got the bugged response as well, "You do not meet the necessary conditions:_____". Dropped the quest, unable to receive the quest again.

Beat Garuda HM, could not attune to the aetheryte, duty finder not updated with Titan HM. Dropped quest to restart at last point, Relic quest restarted.

Steps:
1. On last step of Relic Reborn (Artimis bow), Purchasing oil
2. Was on my 50 monk, bought the oil, and switched to bard to turn it in, the quest log currently said "Completed" and showed me having 1/1 oil
3. I go to the blacksmith, above his head it is still a red quest turn in, and he says that i do not have the sufficient items yadda yadda yadda, all while still showing my inventory with the oil, and the quest actually saying 1/1.
4. Logging in and out proved to do nothing, and now the quest is actually gone like it was abandoned, and i have no progress what so ever.

On...the...last....step.....made me so sad im contemplating taking a break from this game due to terrible customer support thus far, I still have an item restore that they said they would take care of but its been 2 months and still no word. but thats another story. Its a shame, I love this game so much

It appears that the Hotfix today allowed me to pick up the Bard Relic quest again, however my progress is still lost to me. I have submitted a ticket in-game for assistance.

Likewise, it made me restart the quest entirely, i was at the end with completion...ugh

2: bought the oil, went to turn it in, the quest log currently said "Completed" and showed me having 1/1 oil

4:i didn't know what to do so i abandon the quest to see if i could reset it because iv done this before in other quest.when i did this it didn't come back of course i freaked didnt know what to do lol
5:so wrote a ticket and they sent here to the forums


i don't mind restarting the quest over again even thou it would suck . but i enjoy this game a lot and don't want to stop playing this game i mean its the last bow i can get and now while everybody gets theirs i cant get mines :criessss: lol it was a dumb move on my part but hoping u can fix it

My Issue is I have completed Titan Hard mode twice now and I do not obtain the hyperinfused ore so I cannot continue my relic quest.
