ALL relic quest progress lost...

Has anyone tried to submit a ticket for a roll back? It's been days since I've gotten anything back.

I would like to know if they are actually doing something too, I tried to contact in game gm, they said they couldn't address issue, ask me to come here, I reported here and tried to email and call the support, but they just told me there is nothing they can do.

I don't know are they doing something or want to do something.

Entered the Hydra quest wiped to him and accidentally abandoned quest. Went to go to Geralt to redo it but starts at beginning. Please help I and I'm sure others as well has spent alot of time and gil for this quest line, I even have the unfinished relic item in my inventory.

yesterday night 2013/10/23 around 1:00 am JST i beat titan with a pickupgroup and thought i finished BRD relic weapon but to my surprise NPC Gerold had no exclamation mark when i checked my quest log it was still on Bowl of Embers(Hard) so Ifrit which I beat on BRD i think the 2013/10/20 afternoon or night JST with DF party during the fight i DCed i think and when i came back we defeated Ifrit. 2013/10/21 after 21:00 JST i beat garuda with a pickupgorup.

I'm very frustrated considering how much the materia costs and all the time spent.
I was doing Garuda when after I noticed my relic reborn quest had disappeared.

Why should I keep playing this game knowing it might happen again?

I had been leveling my CUL prior to entering Ifrit HM for the White Hot Ember, and I'm positive the quest was there when I entered the instance. Upon completion and exiting, the quest was gone, and Gerolt only offered me to restart the quest from scratch.
