ALL relic quest progress lost...

Had just done the AK portion of the quest, and went back to get the Unfinished Thyrus. I got the quest asking you to kill the mobs in the mines but no Unfinished Thyrus was in my inventory. I went back to talk to the blacksmith to see if he would give it to me, but when I talked to him again it reset the quest. Lost all progress.

I wondered into the Hydra instance solo tried to leave without dying so I tried to teleport and return was unsucessfull so I abandoned the quest hoping to end the instance and that fails. Then I died lost all of my progression and I have the unfinished Veil of Wiyu in my armoury so I went back to Gerolt hoping to pick up where I left off and now it says I have to start all over. It cost 80k gill to get Savage Materia III Erudite's Picatrix of Casting and I don't have the gill to start all over please do something about this.

Quest abandoned prior or during Garuda HM. Accomplished the duty and no loot was distributed and quest was found abandoned

Edit: So I've moved servers and now I'm on Exodus. I hope this does not get in the way of any fixes.

I've had a similar problem as well.

Job: Lvl 50 Bard
Progress: Defeated Garuda
Timeframe: Didn't notice exactly when it disappeared, but I took note of it missing on Oct. 12th.

Hope something gets figured out soon!

Timeframe: Immediately after I returned to Corthas, I noticed that my quest log was empty and that my week of progress was gone. I went back to smith, and found that the quest had been reset.

Can we please have an update? I probably won't be playing until something is resolved. I lost a week's progress.

Killed Titan HM but did not receive any Hyperfused Ore as a quest reward.
Still have the quest and quest items from Ifrit and Garuda thankfully but missing my Titan HM ore!!
