ALL relic quest progress lost...

I'm not obtaining the Hyperinfused Ore from defeating HM Titan (Cleared it twice now) while everyone else in my group is getting it.

I accidentally canceled my relic reborn quest. I was at the garuda fight, everything was working i even go the item from the ifrit fight..

This happened to me on Chimera. I was doing the white mage relic and we failed Chimera and for some reason my quest lost all progress and I had to start over. I did place a call to support without any response. Considering that Chimera is the very first fight, I really only lost my weapon and materia so I just started over. However, someone who is at Garuda or completed Titan has invested A LOT of time in this. We play this game for fun and losing all of that hard work to start over is NOT fun. Please SE, do the right thing in this matter and restore these players' lost time and progress!

Adding myself to this list. Just lost my progress on my SCH relic today after the garuda hard mode fight.

Character: Akisu Omnius
World: Ultros
Main Class: Scholar 50

It happened after my garuda hardmode duty failed, I left the duty through the duty finder, since everyone else did, (Yes, I'm sure I didn't click "abandon" under the journal by accident, as 25+ other people have pointed out to me.) I exited the duty, and standing there noticed my quest log on the right hand side didn't contain my relic quest. I opened my journal to confirm it was gone, and it was. I then went back to the NPC for the quest, and the only option available to me was to start the quest all over again.

I had made another post about this, but it seems to have been locked for "insufficient information", so I hope this is enough. I still haven't heard back from SE's customer support either.

1.I was in dungeon Praetorium
2.After Success run I was AFK,i didn't log off or turn off my pc,i was left the game running.
3.Septerber 17,2013 around 4pm east time,i log back to game and the RELIC quest Gone.
4.I live alone at my home,so no body can access my pc.

As a follow up to my post about this happening, I got an email from SE support about this finally.

"Thank you for taking the time to alert us to "abandoning a quest", and erasing the progress you made towards its completion. Any loss of progress is a frustrating experience, since that involves not just gil, but time and effort that has been lost. At the current time, the GMs and Support Staff are unable to restore quest progress; however, due to reports like this, we are currently looking into how we may be able to assist with these issues. We apologize for the inconvenience and that we do not have an immediate resolution that we can offer you. If you feel that abandoning the quest was due to a game error and not an accidental choice, please report it through the forums so we can track the progress of the report. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Final Fantasy XIV Support Team"

Well then, seeing the subject of the email was "Template", I'll assume you didn't even read the original message I sent in saying the quest was dropped without me "accidently" doing it. I exited the garuda hard mode duty, the quest was gone. It's that simple.
