ALL relic quest progress lost...

I got my 2nd job (Bard) to Lv50 and was trying to do the Relic Weapon Quest for that job. The quest dialog told me that I have to abandon the current one to accept this quest for another job, so I did. End up lost both of my quest requested items just to find it all my progress were lost. It hinder me greatly and I can not afford another quest weapons for both of my jobs. I wouldn't mind redo the quest but at least I need my quest items back.

Items I lost:

Erudite's Picatrix Of Healing x 1
Quicktongue Materia III x 2

Longarm's Composite Bow [High Quality] x1
Heavens' Eye Materia III x 2

i lost my quest and it restart from the beginning, i was on titan fight

Relic progress lost after server crashed. Turned in Rod, on Chimera step, server crashed 5 minutes later and now I'm back on the rod turn-in step with no rod in inventory.

I lost all of my progress today around 10:00pm when I went to enter Ampador Keep to retrieve the Ampador Glyph.

Killed Titan HM but did not receive any Hyperfused Ore as a quest reward.
Still have the quest and quest items from Ifrit and Garuda thankfully but missing my Titan HM ore!!

Relic Quest Progress deleted after maintenance
I've posted a ticket in game, reported directly via email, and now this. Only got an automated response via email that completely didn't address the issue, haha.

As the title suggests, before the most recent maintenance - Oct. 1 - I had the "A Relic Reborn (Curtana)" progress all the way through Garuda and up to Titan. Post-maintenance, I logged in to do Titan with my Linkshell and the quest was completely gone from my journal.

I have no idea if it's caused by maintenance or not, and I did have about 11 active levequests - if that makes a difference - so I'm a little saddened to see that I lost all this progress.
I did the whole quest myself: crafted the item, converted the materia after 100% spiritbond (x2), defeated Chimera, Hydra, Ifrit, Garuda. Needless to say it was MANY, MANY hours of work that is now disappeared.
Defeating the monsters is not a big deal to me, but the item and materia I crafted/melded from scratch cost over 200K G if I want to just replace THAT! Not to mention the time spent getting parties together, etc.

Please help me resolve this issue. I love and enjoy this game VERY much. It is by far the best Final Fantasy game I've ever played. For the most part, this has been the only hiccup.

This will be my 3rd and final attempt to get this resolved before I just give up so I hope someone can help.

Hello there, folks. I'm sorry to hear about the dropped progress, I know I'd be furious if that happened to me. This is an issue that has occurred and been reported quite a few times, and we're currently discussing how best to handle getting everyone resolved with the dev team. Please be patient with us while we work out the best solution, and once we've settled, I'll do whatever I can to make sure everyone who has been a victim of the issue is properly addressed. Until then, I'm going to go ahead and leave this thread open so that anyone who is affected by the same issue can put their information in, to make it easier for us to locate at a later time.
