ALL relic quest progress lost...

I just wanted to reply to this thread because I had something similar happen myself. I was on the part of the quest to kill Hydra when I enrolled in the duty finder. After awhile I noticed that my quest log was completely empty. I attributed it to lag or something and went into the dungeon. After I exited my quest log was still empty, so I restarted the game but still nothing changed. I checked my inventory and saw that I still had my unfinished Gae Bolg. On the off chance I went and talked to the blacksmith NPC. Lo and behold he wanted me to start the entire quest chain over again.

I submitted a ticket to the help desk but the only responses I've received were about the repercussions of abandoning a quest and losing all progress. I've clearly stated to them that I in no way abandoned/canceled the quest. An actual response from someone instead of a generic reply would be most appreciated. It's comforting to know someone else experienced a similar problem. I feel for you.
