ALL relic quest progress lost...

Relic Quest Progress deleted after maintenance
I've posted a ticket in game, reported directly via email, and now this. Only got an automated response via email that completely didn't address the issue, haha.

As the title suggests, before the most recent maintenance - Oct. 1 - I had the "A Relic Reborn (Curtana)" progress all the way through Garuda and up to Titan. Post-maintenance, I logged in to do Titan with my Linkshell and the quest was completely gone from my journal.

I have no idea if it's caused by maintenance or not, and I did have about 11 active levequests - if that makes a difference - so I'm a little saddened to see that I lost all this progress.
I did the whole quest myself: crafted the item, converted the materia after 100% spiritbond (x2), defeated Chimera, Hydra, Ifrit, Garuda. Needless to say it was MANY, MANY hours of work that is now disappeared.
Defeating the monsters is not a big deal to me, but the item and materia I crafted/melded from scratch cost over 200K G if I want to just replace THAT! Not to mention the time spent getting parties together, etc.

Please help me resolve this issue. I love and enjoy this game VERY much. It is by far the best Final Fantasy game I've ever played. For the most part, this has been the only hiccup.

This will be my 3rd and final attempt to get this resolved before I just give up so I hope someone can help.

Hello there, folks. I'm sorry to hear about the dropped progress, I know I'd be furious if that happened to me. This is an issue that has occurred and been reported quite a few times, and we're currently discussing how best to handle getting everyone resolved with the dev team. Please be patient with us while we work out the best solution, and once we've settled, I'll do whatever I can to make sure everyone who has been a victim of the issue is properly addressed. Until then, I'm going to go ahead and leave this thread open so that anyone who is affected by the same issue can put their information in, to make it easier for us to locate at a later time. Accidently abandoned quest while clearing out quest log.

I was on Garuda Hard Mode when members of the pick up started to abandon it. I abandoned the quest instead of leaving the duty finder. I went back to the NPC and all he had was the initial quest again.

I've had a similar problem as well.

Nevermind redid whole thing, this time it didnt lose quest at hydra, but hope I get gold in return since i had to raise another 60k for the materia if they do fix this.. I still have one unfinished gae bolg in retainer for proof

Happened 2013-10-18 sometime around midnight.
I went with FC to kill titan for the quest and i noticed while we were doing the quest my quest wasn't showing up on my screen but i threw that off as being a bug from being in a dungeon and didn't think much of it then I logged in later after i slept for the night and I had no quest at all in my log. I went to the npc who gave me the quest originally and it wanted me to start from the very beginning before you even buy the weapon you have to put materia on. I was on the titan step and will not do all that over again. If this can be fixed that would be great, if not I am not sure I am going to resub if a bug can do something this drastic and nothing will be done about it. So hope you guys can fix it soon. Thanks.

i just finish aurum vale and all my relic progress was not there i spend to much time , gil and the madmans rod with the materia enchanced ,i kill chimera and every lost im frustrated and desapointed, time and sleep lost how can i recovered?
