ALL relic quest progress lost...

I was up to the part that I needed to kill 24 Beast-men Tribe to complete. I killed them all, and the quest stated that I spoke to Garolth to proceed. I went there, unequipped the weapon and was ready to hand in. It does not allow to do so, though it did say that "To complete this quest, you must meet these requirement"... and NPC was locked. However, none was listed for those requirements. So I thought it bug out, and abandoned it to re-do again. However, after that, I was not able to re-accept the quest again. I checked all the relevant NPC (Walking Sand, Mor Dona,...) but none of them gave out the quest for Relic. What should I do?

Before the patch I was on the last step of the quest, to deliver the 900 philo point oil.
Last night I bought the oil and my quest updated in my log to show I had the necessary objectives completed. When I attempted to turn the oil in to the quest giver, the quest was red and said I had to first meet the following conditions which were blank.
I attempted to abandon the quest to pick it up again and in doing so I lost the quest and all progression. I have since been unable to pick the quest back up, being given no option to do so.

Killed Chimera, did not obtain the salt. Got the bugged response as well, "You do not meet the necessary conditions:_____". Dropped the quest, unable to receive the quest again.

Time of incident: Started 11:30PM CST 12/15/13, dropped on 12/17/13 after patch maint.

Beat Garuda HM, could not attune to the aetheryte, duty finder not updated with Titan HM. Dropped quest to restart at last point, Relic quest restarted.

It appears that the Hotfix today allowed me to pick up the Bard Relic quest again, however my progress is still lost to me. I have submitted a ticket in-game for assistance.

Likewise, it made me restart the quest entirely, i was at the end with completion...ugh

Steps:

1:On last step of Relic Reborn (Artemis bow), Purchasing Radz-at-Han Quenching Oil
2: bought the oil, went to turn it in, the quest log currently said "Completed" and showed me having 1/1 oil
3:. I go to the blacksmith, above his head it is still a red quest turn in, and he says that i do not have the sufficient items all while still showing my inventory with the oil, and the quest actually saying 1/1.
4:i didn't know what to do so i abandon the quest to see if i could reset it because iv done this before in other quest.when i did this it didn't come back of course i freaked didnt know what to do lol
5:so wrote a ticket and they sent here to the forums


i don't mind restarting the quest over again even thou it would suck . but i enjoy this game a lot and don't want to stop playing this game i mean its the last bow i can get and now while everybody gets theirs i cant get mines :criessss: lol it was a dumb move on my part but hoping u can fix it
