Another issue I have is, after registering my Collector's Edition the Square-Enix Member's site confirms I have the CE, but the Mog Station lists me as "Legacy Standard" I have not received my CE items in-game... I've tried to contact tech support several times in the past, but the queue was so full that after a couple hours it would just kick me out and claim that "no customer service representatives are available."

Has anyone else experienced this and have you managed to fix it?
