What the title says^

Does anyone know how to do this? I pre-ordered the Collector's Edition of the game for the PS3, pretty sure I linked the accounts initially, didn't play throughout early access due to all the 1017 errors, got in about 9 days later on PC for a couple hours, etc.

Now I'm trying to play the PS3 version of the game and it's telling me that there are no valid service accounts and to link my SE account and SEN accounts... pretty sure I did that but just in case...

Message I receive on PS3 when trying to log in:

No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

In order to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn, you must first purchase the digital download from the PlayStation®Store or register a product code.

* Users participating in early access must also complete registration by August 30, 2013.

To complete registration, please first close the game client, then access the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station through the internet browser found on the XrossMediaBar.
