Potential bug when synthing Iron Fish Hooks.

Hello. I'd like to report a potential bug. I've been reading other people's posts on certain websites, discussing with linkshell mates that experienced the same problem, and have tried alternatives at different level ranges.

It seems to me that Iron Fish Hook (Blacksmith 22) is false. Right now my success ration is roughly 2/5. When attempting another synth supposedly higher than Iron Fish Hook (Iron Needle) I not only gain more SP, but fail hardly ever. Another fact that leads me to believe it's a bug is that I lose 20+ durability whenever I fail on Iron Fish Hook. Highest I've seen so far is 25 durability lost with 4% progress and no elements were unstable.

I'd be so thankful if you could look into this. Thank you.

It's only a personal pet theory, but recent information from SE regarding Disciples of the Hand makes me think it might have some basis of support. My theory is that synths not only have a crafting rank, but have hidden "recommended stats," in the form of either actual statistics such as Strength, or crafting statistics such as Craftsmanship.

I'm just guessing, but maybe Iron Hooks have a slightly higher requirement that you're below, while Iron needles have a different one that you're closer to, or exceed. Or it could just be that it's an off hand synth, and main hand suffers some form of penalty.

But that's purely an armchair theory.
