Unable To Progress In the Lv.25 Thaumaturge Class Quest

In the first part of the quest, it asks you to gather 3 chapters from 3 NPCs in Camp Drybone, and the 3rd Chapter NPC, does nothing when you click on it. I've tried exiting and reloading the game, but the issue still persists

Was just about to post this also. I also saw numerous people trying to do the quest also and not being able to speak to the lala npc. Ragnarok server.

I have the same issue for "The Hidden Chapter" quest on Ragnarok-
