Titan Hard Mode Exploit?

I'm curious (and no, i haven't done it) if there will be any punishment to the exploiters of it. It's clearly sounds like they knew it was an exploit, especially the ones who sold runs.

they'll say something like "it's SE's fault to begin with by giving us a chance to do that, why should they ban us for their own fault?"
