Seeing as how this is a blatant exploit of broken game mechanics, I do believe some actions on accounts is warranted, Especially in those instances where people were paying good money for "runs" of HM titan using this exploit.

This is nothing like skipping mobs to make it to a boss quick, this is knowingly breaking an encounter to progress past it.
