The r33 story quest crystal is something you get from the quest itself, not from mobs, right? I mean, this isn't the same case?

Interesting. It's probably something they ninja implemented to give another sign that the Umbral Era is very very close. Those sneaky devs. I wonder what other things they've added that we don't know of yet.

I got a Deaspected Crystal from a Grade 1 mineral deposit earlier this morning. That said, I haven't seen another one after quite a few more deposits, so it's certainly not a common thing to find while mining.
