Pros/Cons of this game and how to keep the game going

I agree with a few, disagree with a few. All about opinions.

However. The Pro of "-The amount of currency dropped vs the cost of the items seems about right at lvl 50." is definitely not a pro. More gil should be earned from doing dungeons, right now, it's not enough to self-sustain a battle job.
