Shrimp Cage Feeder and Krill Cage Feeder seem to be incorrectly priced

The items Shrimp Cage Feeder and Krill Cage Feeder appear to be priced far too high from vendors. These items are one-time use fishing baits (that is, once a fish bites, the item is used up) but they are priced as though they were reusable fishing lures (fishing tackle that are not consumed when the fish bites, and therefore are priced significantly higher than one-time use baits when purchased from vendors).

To give an example, Stem Borer is a lvl 40 one-time use bait. It costs 9 gil from vendors. Krill Cage Feeder is also a lvl 40 one-time use bait. It costs 480 gil from the vendors, however. The highest one-time use bait for ocean fishing, Northern Krill, costs 11 gil from vendors.

Shrimp Cage Feeder has the same issue, costing 300 gil from vendors, whereas Bass Ball only costs 6 gil. Both are lvl 25 one-time use bait.

Since there doesn't appear to be a way to craft these items, this makes them prohibitively expensive.
