Missing textures and other graphics

So I have been grinding about the interwebs trying to find an answer and have drummed up a giant goose egg. I'm experiencing missing character textures (eyebrows for example) and spell graphics as well as other random mob models (water sprites for example, there is a name plate but no model). I've done all I know to do and have run out of ideas. I've uninstalled my drivers and reinstalled with latest updated drivers. I've cleaned out registry at the recommendation of another forum. I've removed and reinstalled the game as a whole at the recommendation of a friend. Nothing so far has worked. Anyone have any ideas? Completely at a loss at this point.

I finally found someone else out there with the same issues I am (or was now) having. Turns out there's an option in the Catalyst Control Center (for Radeon cards) for anti-aliasing that needs to be set to "use application setting" instead of "override."
