    Still havent received my game...

    I bought the physical CE game and it still hasn't arrived, and since Square never gave a tracking code, I cant even know if it is really coming or not.

    Also I was under the impression all accounts would be given 7 days for free to play, I guess not mine... because it still asks for the registration code which square never gave nor it has arrived.

    Email support also failed me, 48 hours is almost up and nothing so far.

    but of course, for billing and paying them it is done on the spot right away...

    so Square Enix, what is your reply?

    When did you order your Physical CE? My item was shipped on August 20, and received on August 25 (a day after head start).

    If it's already been a week (or two), the best option is by calling them and have them answer all your questions.

    You wouldnt get a tracking number if you chose regular mail option as they dont use tracking numbers. I pre ordered also and it was shipped aug 21 and i got it a day or 2 before release and i am in canada. Not sure if its customer support or if you need to contact the square enix online store support about your order.

    thats the thing, I dont live on US, I actually live on South America and yes they do ship to my country also no option was given to choose what kind of delivery to use *I do understand it takes a while to arrive but still giving no tracking codes is just stupid, especially when it is shipped to other countries*. I did receive an email saying it was being shipped on the 20th, but so far nothing.

    and if the customer support couldn't even try to reply my ticket, I doubt other support division from square would help

    I live in Mexico and no game still. No tracking codes, no info, and today we just got so annoyed we purchased a retail copy in stores. Sorry to hear you bought the CE, we got the regular... If and when it gets here, we might resell or give as a gift, since we are now using the code on the just purchased game from stores. But yes, its moronic they dont give any info or estimated date of arrival. Waiting, i guess, is the option so far...

    Mine only arrived yesterday. I live in canada. I would assume its coming and just coming terribly slow like mine did.

    That's quite odd... I was given a tracking number and everything the day that it was shipped to me on 8/21. Could your e-mail have accidentally slipped into your spam folder? I know that has happened to me on a couple of occasions and I always forget to check. Another thing you could do is go to www.findmyorder.com (if you haven't already) which is the site that SE provided to allow me to look at the details of my order. It still shows my tracking number and everything even though the package was delivered the day early access began. I wish you guys luck in getting your games :/

    the email I received had no tracking numbers
    also that site is useless it says "not traceable" on the order.. so yeah... how a package from a huge company isnt traceable in this day and age I have no clue...

    also thanks ;D luck is the only thing we have/need right now.. XD

    also I am pretty sure the way our luck is, soon a mod will come and say this isnt the place for this kind of question and either move to someplace where it cant even be answered or just close the thread...

    That is awful... I'm sorry I can't give you much more help than that. Let's just hope since the 1017 issues should die down a little bit with the upgrades and everything that they'll have time to finally respond to the other issues people are having. It could be that it just takes an incredibly long time to ship to certain places but nearly two weeks is a little worrisome as you've already stated.

    Well of course you need a registration code .. which you get with your physical copy ... seriously
