Targeting issues PS3 and Duty finder replacement issues

While playing bard targeting will say target not in range cannot execute action and it will repeatedly not let me target enemy or attack enemy making problematic issues with in the game that get me killed. On the PS3 happens in all dungeons some of the times at random occurrences very rarely outside of dungeons that this problem occurs. The Duty finder seems to glitch out when two people leave one after the other went immediately attempting to replace the first person who left making it impossible to replace and or find new members, It replaced the first person who left but not the second, the duty finder should have a button than than asking when people leave that way you can just re-click it and it will automatically continue to search rather than it being a prompt thing when people leave. These issues are minor but I also don't know if it's just my client however I would like to See these problems addressed in the future. If possible add the job blue mage
