Launcher problem [30605][20448][10009][10019]

So i've searched about this error and didnt find any solution so far. There is another error with same text but different number code. I tried solutions in other topics but none worked. So here's my problem

First i start the game by opening the launcher and this is what i get


then right after that i get this error



and it pretty much gets closed from there. I've found a way to get around that error in the very beginning by unticking -read only- setting in folder settings, which lets me get through that part and into another problem.. (btw i have to untick read only everytime i want to open the game because for some reason it would just come back on again after i open launcher once)

So after i get around that the launcher opens and im greeted with a nice black page (no elements in it whatsoever) then it turns into this



I press yes 3 times then this appears



so i press yes 3 more times (for 3 different prompts similar to that) then it gets me back to the black screen again and basically it stops there nothing more i can do.

So thats another problem but i found that its inconsistent meaning if i keep restarting the launcher (everytime i have to go disable read only) it will eventually open up normally. (I really suffer to get to this next part)

So after launcher finally opens properly i get this



With the login part not there as shown in the picture but it takes like 5-10 min for the login part to load so its fine (before everything would load instantly) so after i login the game starts patching right? nope, it simply tries to patch and after 5-10 sec i get another error and tells me to contact technical support and the error code was similar to this [30605][10009][10019]

At in many tries it wouldn't even patch and show me the error that everyone seems to be getting which is this [30410][30607][20457][409] and that its unable to patch of course.

I've been trying to get the game to work for the whole day now and cant get in. Really frustrated.. getting all kinds of problems x_x and here is a list of what i did so far

-Changed compatibility to XP
-Disable read only 10000 times (need to do it once after everytime i open launcher)
-Disabled anti virus then later added as an exception
-Opened DMZ
