Lost all gil and attribute points while zoning.

Just now at 7:40PM a very inconvenient problem which has happened to me before has happened again. I had used the "return" function in the menu to return to my home point and shortly after doing so, the message "Attribute points for current job reset" appears in the in-game console. I am unable to put the points back in and cannot afford the 10,000seal item to reset them anymore. Also, some time last week I had made a GM ticket for the same reason. This time, all of my gil was gone in addition to attribute points. This issue is very very problematic for me and I will discontinue my subscription for a glitched game if all of my progress is periodically reset. I have received no in-game messages to help with my issue and have received no customer service at all for my complaints outside of being told to post on the forums.

I am not the only one with this problem and am looking to get lost gil and points reimbursed. Thanks for any help you are willing to give me.

Games have bugs, bugs can be fixed if you're going to complain and not actually call customer support and just cry on the forums hoping that somebody can help you or a game game master can correct your problem which they can't in some cases then take your money and leave. Well I feel for you but you seem like you really haven't even attempted to call support to fix the issue. Edit: Gil is easily replaced by quests and fate grinds, I would be more concerned about your attributes but if many people had this issue it would be fixed by now clearly you are one of few by few I mean 1 in a million so clearly they wont have and instant fix. read the sticky and post a thread as shown in the sticky
it is best way fo SE to see and fix the bugs at some point
