Games have bugs, bugs can be fixed if you're going to complain and not actually call customer support and just cry on the forums hoping that somebody can help you or a game game master can correct your problem which they can't in some cases then take your money and leave. Well I feel for you but you seem like you really haven't even attempted to call support to fix the issue. Edit: Gil is easily replaced by quests and fate grinds, I would be more concerned about your attributes but if many people had this issue it would be fixed by now clearly you are one of few by few I mean 1 in a million so clearly they wont have and instant fix.
