Veteran Rewards for NA players. Are Game Time Cards coming to NA?

Currently the only way to have veteran rewards is to apply a game time card to your account as anything else will only apply after your current period of subscription is up. Are there any plans to make game time cards available to NA players or will we just have to wait until our free time runs out?

Just for the record, Ultimate Game Cards, and Crysta do not work. They will not be charged until the current subscription runs out, meaning Veteran Rewards will not be applied until that time.

I see them coming, but whether they'll be out before the free time is up is something altogether. 1.0 players are lucky in this regard I suppose, since they only got a handful of free days (comparatively speaking) compared to people just purchasing the game for the first time.
