There's a post somewhere around from some time back where the restrictions were listed, but at a guess at level 20 you can post a few per day but maybe not create any threads .. at level 50 you can create 5 threads and post 20 posts .. posting in Tech. It looks to me like posts 'disappear' from your tally 24 hours after posting so once one expires you can post another.
