Hi, I was wondering if there is an ETA on when digital downloads will be available once again, my brother has been waiting to get into the game for a while now and I would like to tell him when he can expect to be able to get online with us.

(P.S.) he lives in a remote area in Newfoundland and non of the local stores even have a copy in stock.
