I've recently started a linkshell called "dungeon runners" which will serve as a universal matchmaker for group. the plan is for this to work much like the incursion farming channels in Eve. depending on the speed of expansion, we may add a new linkshell for people who are higher geared looking to pug groups for content that requires better gear.

the ultimate purpose of this linkshell is to allow people to stop zone hoping and spamming to find members. with enough interest this linkshell could serve as a universal LFM/LFD channel.
