    Class change armor would not equip due to items missing

    Today I changed from Lv 42 Lancer to Lv 23 Carpenter without a problem. My Carpenter was missing bracelets because I have converted them yesterday and purchased upgrades but had not equipped them yet. Normally when something is missing, you equip the set and something is simply missing. When I tried to change back to Lancer, I got the error message, "Unable to equip set, items missing". I had to delete the armor set and re-equip each piece and save a new armor set.

    This happens if the main hand weapon/tool is missing, because that determines the class you are switching to. We need labels for gear that is saved to a set, as well as the ability to make changes to a set without equipping it. I've had to delete and re-make three sets because of this issue. I probably wouldn't have deleted the items if they were marked as part of a set. Even if I had, editing the set without having to equip it would have been much more efficient.

If you could please provide the following information, we will make sure that your report is looked into so we can try to resolve it.
    *Had the weapon for your lancer gear set changed and not been updated? Or was the gear set completely up to date, and still wouldn't equip?
