Issue since pre-release, no response - multiple service accounts

Had written a CS ticket that was closed during the mass ticket closings after the launch week issues, immediately wrote another ticket and got the "2-day response" email a week ago, still no luck. Come on guys, I've given this game nearly $200 at this point, some CS is needed.

My issue is through some mistake during account creation I somehow ended up with 3 service accounts, one for PC collectors edition in old game, one for early access beta for PS3, and finally one for PS3 release that my main character is on.

I'd like to combine all these service accounts, I have no clue how I even made multiple accounts. But it's frustrating not being able to play on both PS3 and PC despite my purchases.
