Applying the FHD/UHD UI scaling also forces the "Default UI Size" scale

When you change the HD UI scaling, it applies the "default size" setting to the entire UI. Not only will this muck up your UI, it will make the "System Configuration" window so tiny when scaling down that it's unusable!
