How to farm Quicktongue Materia III?

Anyone know a good way to get these? or what kind of gear you can get them from?

Probably from spiritbonding high level eq (not sure what item level converts to III materia) and converting them...
Since it's quicktongue you're after, it probably has to be mage gear as well.

Caster gear, yes, and I believe the gear has to be ilvl 45 or higher to get tier 3 materia. I'm not 100% sure on ilvl, but that's what my experience has been.

It has to be Item level 45+, it says right on the Materia.

Any gear that is caster-oriented should work, so don't worry about loading up on expensive items. It is also better to get gear that is 45-46 if possible since it will spiritbond faster. HQ gear speeds up the process even further, if you manage to luck out and find the one jackass selling their HQ items for the same price as normal just to unload them.
