of course i could lvl a trade and craft gear, the point of this thread was people who leveled fast, or had legacy characters were able to farm philosophy tomes way faster than those who did not, giving them huge unfair advantages. how much fun would this be if you started over now and had to farm the darklight gear with this system

And this tells me you know nothing of the ilevel 70 crafted gear. You need double the amount of tomestones in materials from the darklight vendor just to make one piece for the slot you are trying to fill. Learn your fact before you go saying stupid things. (this is not counting all the OTHER mats you need either)

Except I still need tomestones to make those so still have to make ridiculous amount of dungeon runs. There is no decent gear that can be crafted that does not required prior dungeon grinds.

Crystal Tower is coming. That will bridge the gap between AK and Coil. In the meantime, it's still going to be months.

End game is stupid when I can't beat it extremely fast and get all my loots asap. Golly, I mean it's already week 3... I should be max af2 and last boss of coil.

The grind wouldnt be a problem if it was fun. Running AK and WP again and again and again and again and again and etc. isnt fun.

Also, did you ever do heroic raiding in WoW? Its fairly rare that you get in to that on week 3. However, the grind working up to it was actually fun.

Yes, I played WoW for 7 years including Mists. Actually didn't quit until this came out lol. I understand the week 3 thing, that was total sarcasm. Entire post was.

Just too many people complaining that they have to actually play the game instead of receiving handouts.

I do agree there needs to be more dungeon options, but I also disagree with speed runs. What do these people plan on doing when they are totally called out in a month and no new content for 2 months after? Quit? Deactivate account for 2 months?
