Missing Genders: A request for Male Miqote, Female Highlander, and Female Roegadyn

I posted a picture of a woman who is buff because of a lifetime of combat and real world training. You post a picture of a woman whose buff because of steroids. There is a huge difference there that is like jumping to conclusions across the grand canyon.

Also as you obviously didn't READ the memo. FEMALE ROEGADYN, MALE MIQO'TE and FEMALE HIGHLANDERS EXIST IN THE LORE THEY ARE NOT RESTRICTED BY IT PLEASE READ THE FIRST POST AGAIN.

Once you do I need you to file your TPS reports.

Was being silly with the picture, poking fun at other MMOs, not trying to make a statement about real life people who do or do not gain muscle from natural or artificial means.

I was posting my opinion, which yes, happens to be shared and already expressed by others who pointed out that it exists in the lore. I am aware of this. My apologies for agreeing with everyone who pointed out they exist.

I also pointed out that, while I believe that they should be available if they are supported by the lore, that I would rather they spend the time, effort, and money on other things -IF- they don't have the time, will, or money to do both. My apologies for game-wide mechanics over eye candy.

We are not asking for them Right now. We just want an answer on if they are still coming. Then a time frame of when we might expect them. If I had to give this a Dev code I'd give it 1099.

Speaking of cosmetics, I got kind of pissed off looking at the FFXIV official site yesterday. I saw some things in the old screenshots/CGI and videos that weren't in the game, like white face paint for miqo'te. Why the heck isn't this in the game right now? It's just a couple of small textures to implement, especially if they already have it done... that makes no sense. I'm still pretty appalled by SE's lack of character creation options, especially with how they were flaunting it pre-release. I hope when/if they implement the missing genders they also implement new features for existing models. ~_~
I remember when they said they added new features in Beta 3... the only thing they added was one hairstyle. For female humes. Really. Come on. I want more diversity. =\

Character customization is quite lacking. However it is leaps and bounds more than what they provided in XI! lol Hell, I remember, being so disappointed after character creation in FFXI when I found out the high polygon models in character creation was not the models you saw in game. EVER! Booo... lol

But if they add more options what are we going to do? If they don't allow you the option to change how your character looks in game or go back to the character creation screen to do it. It's pointless. Nobody is going to create a brand new character just to add a freckle, new hair design or stripes for your face. Oh well.

Would love to see more character options. Love the hair highlights! It's very well done!
