    Unable to Patch

    When I attempt to sign on, before the patcher starts the launcher crashes and I get the error FFXIV has stopped working, windows has shut the program down and will notify you if a solution is available. Anyone else getting this, and is there a way to manually update the patch?

    So apparently my account had been locked, and for some reason it wouldn't tell me this. Went to submit a ticket on this, and it told me that there was an issue with the security of my account and it wanted me to reset my password. Would have been nice to have been told this when I tried to log in rather then just crashing the launcher.
