SE, please watch this: delay

I have 31-34 ping and still experience lag spikes during prime-time hours (around 6pm to 11pm EST). It's really bad in dungeons during those hours, 1-3 second movement/abilities delays fairly consistently. Makes playing a melee class very difficulty.

Not sure what the deal is but I'm quite certain it's not my connection. Also, I did not have this issue during the final beta, but from early access and on it's been present.
