Collector's Edition . . .

So here's the dilemma I'm having . . I pre ordered FFXIV:ARR collector's edition and had it paid off. When it was shipped, I waited eagerly like everyone else to get my physical copy even though I was playing the digital one already. When the 27th came along though I didn't get my copy. Looking at the tracker it said it was sent to a completely different city. Come to find out (by calling that post office), They just put my name down and the first 5 digits of my number as the zip code. They sent it back because it would need more money and ever since then I've been trying to contact Square without any luck. I am one of those people who love having that physical copy as well, especially since it's collector's.. Is there any other way to get a hold of them? I've waited over 2 hours on hold speaking to no one on the phone number.. the email is useless.. and live chat just has you wait over an hour on a que to tell you that all agents are currently busy and cancel the wait... Please help!

Don't call SE about shipping. They outsource it a third party called Digital River. You can reach them at 1 800 598 7450.

I had a pretty decent time dealing with them when I had to hunt down my order and figure out why it hadn't even been shipped yet on September 3. The person you talk to isn't going to have any answers but they'll start an investigation and probably tell you to watch your e-mail. When I called them my order got shipped later that evening, so someone is obviously taking that end seriously. Make sure to have your Order # available because you're going to have to enter it and then verbally confirm it with the operator. Good luck!
