Lower FATE exp slightly.

Raise dungeon exp substantially.

Give small chance for good rewards/loot for trash mobs in all dungeons. Also increase substantially Gil drops from mobs in all dungeons.

Give first time completion exp reward for every class/job you take thru a GuildHest, rewarding you for learning your job in a PT. Base exp reward on how well objectives are completed and directions followed by the group. Give a large notice at the beginning that exp will be rewarded by the group's ability to follow directions.
