I would like to see some mechanized weapons for PUG. Like a pile-bunker like what Loz from advent children uses.

Keep the glow or elemental effects Final Fantasy style. In other words, look to Final Fantasy X on how to do FF style elemental/extra power glowing effects on weapons.

I been playing FF game for over 14 years including ffxi and I hardly find glowing weapons tacky. Im all for something new. Point is this game sucks atm and every new idea is shot down by hardcore people that must think this game is the best thing in the world. WAKE UP!!!

Count my vote in for glowing weapons, they are nice to look at.![]()
LOL cash shop! SE's way to tell their player how they appreciate them... pull the carrot and empty your pockets $$$
And to those who support it: you are kicking yourselves. -- We just need to sit back and laugh at people with cash shop items.
(Marvelous economics IQ test!)

I think wands & staffs with subtle glowing jewels would look good. swords, those are used for heavy hitting, same with axes, the glow would look out of place. Elemental effects created by the sword actions would be acceptable, like ice or flames for example, but then it goes away.
Not too sure on the glowing jewelry either, especially for melee. Can you imagine a lit up "glow-in-the-dark" Galka, er Roegadyn?

Im not in favor of the glowing weapons, but something thst would be cool to look at is luminescent steel. I got the Fists of the Sixth Sun, and they have this Blue glow to them. Thats what I thought this thread was about. Glowing weapons are not fun to look at, they just make everyone look tacky. I'd suggest something like making the Flametongue a Red color, with maybe glowing yellow lining for the tips of the blade. That would really make it look awesome.
If the glowing is added in, I recommend only allowing the weapon to glow when it is drawn out. I'd hate to run through town with everyone carrying different colored glow sticks. >.<

picky picky people dont know what your talking about.....imma be a glowing ball of light with a tail
